Phase one

Business Incubator

Turning graduates' ideas into real ventures, with founders keeping full ownership.

Goal

Incubate ventures led by graduates who lack funding and means, moving them from an idea to a real, sustainable enterprise.

We start with the founder, not the project alone. An independent committee selects promising founders, and we accompany them with mentorship and readiness training through to incorporating and launching a formal enterprise.

The forum takes no equity; founders keep full ownership, and the grant is disbursed in tranches tied to agreed milestones.

“We back the founder, and the venture stays theirs.”

How it works

  1. Outreach

An open call reaching graduates and idea-holders across the governorates.

  2. Selection

Merit- and viability-based assessment by an independent selection committee, encouraging women founders and returning diaspora.

  3. Incubation

Weekly mentoring and workshops in legal, financial, and market readiness, with workspace.

  4. Incorporation & grant

Formal incorporation and licensing, with the grant disbursed in milestone-linked tranches.

  5. Launch & follow-up

Taking the enterprise to market, with follow-up and a link to the forum's network as its first market.

What participants gain

  • A founding grant with no equity taken.
  • Legal incorporation and licensing, plus workspace.
  • A ready business plan and financial plan.
  • A dedicated mentor and access to the forum's network as a first market.

Who it's for

  • Graduates with viable, executable ideas, selected on merit and viability.
  • A commitment to work full-time during incubation.
  • Women founders and returning diaspora are encouraged to apply.
